Delete your Marketobox data
You can delete your data at any time.
In the Marketobox app, go to Settings → Connected accounts → Disconnect. This removes your Instagram access tokens and connection immediately.
To delete your whole account and all associated data, email support@marketobox.com from the phone-linked email on your account, or contact us through the app. We complete deletion within 30 days.
If you remove Marketobox in your Facebook or Instagram settings (Settings → Business Integrations), we automatically delete your connection and stored tokens.
If you started a deletion from Meta, your confirmation code appears in the link we gave Meta. Questions: support@marketobox.com
