Marketobox is operated by Alin Technology LLC ("Marketobox," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Marketobox mobile application (the "App").

Account and contact information: Phone number, business name, and business details you provide when creating an account.
Voice recordings: Audio you record within the App to create social media content. These recordings are processed to generate text transcripts and are not used for voice identification or biometric profiling.
Content data: Photos, transcripts, and generated captions associated with posts you create.
Connected platform data: If you connect third-party accounts (such as Google Business Profile or Instagram), we access and store the minimum data and authorization tokens necessary to publish content on your behalf, as authorized by you.
Usage data: Basic technical information such as device type and app performance data.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
Verify your identity via one-time passcode (OTP) SMS messages
Transcribe your voice recordings into text
Generate marketing captions and content using AI services
Publish content to platforms you've connected, at your direction
Provide customer support and improve the App
3. SMS Messaging
Marketobox sends one-time passcode (OTP) messages solely for account login and identity verification. Message frequency depends on your login activity. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information related to SMS consent will not be shared with any third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the OTP verification service.

4. Third-Party Services
We share information with the following categories of service providers, solely to provide App functionality:
Twilio — SMS delivery for login verification codes
Supabase — backend database, authentication, and file storage
OpenAI — voice transcription
Anthropic — caption generation
Google and Meta — publishing content to platforms you connect, as authorized by you
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the App's services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
