These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Marketobox mobile application (the "App"), operated by Alin Technology LLC ("Marketobox," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Marketobox. The App is intended for business use.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid phone number to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Description of Service

Marketobox allows business owners to create social media content by recording voice notes, which are transcribed and used to generate marketing captions. You may optionally connect third-party platforms (such as Google Business Profile and Instagram) to publish content directly.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and requesting a verification code, you consent to receive one-time passcode (OTP) SMS messages from Marketobox for the purpose of account login and identity verification.

Message frequency varies based on your login activity.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Reply STOP to opt out of receiving messages at any time. Note: opting out of OTP messages may prevent you from logging into your account, as these messages are required for identity verification.

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the voice recordings, photos, and content you submit through the App ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant Marketobox a license to process, transcribe, and generate derivative content (such as captions) from Your Content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and publish any content you submit.

6. Third-Party Platform Connections

If you connect a third-party account (e.g., Google Business Profile, Instagram), you authorize Marketobox to access and publish content to that account on your behalf, subject to the permissions you grant. Your use of connected platforms is also subject to those platforms' own terms of service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to create or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or that violates the terms of any connected third-party platform.

8. Subscription and Billing

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Marketobox does not guarantee that AI-generated captions or transcriptions will be error-free, and you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marketobox and Alin Technology LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
